Approving or Revising Artwork
How do I approve or reject my artwork?
Once you enter artwork into our system, an artist will start working on it. Depending on the time of year and the complexity of your design, it can take anywhere from one day to a week to develop artwork.
Once it's complete, the artist will send you an email with your online account link letting you know your artwork is available for approval or revision. You can approve your artwork by clicking approve or you can revise your artwork and let the artist know what adjustmens need to be made.
Please allow some time for the artist to receive your revisions and to make the adjustments. You will then receive a digital proof of the artwork to approve once the artist has made the requested revisions.
