Wholesale Return Policy
At Champion Teamwear, we take pride in delivering the quality apparel you have been envisioning. If the products you received are not perfect, we will do everything we can to correct the issue.
Exact garment color matches cannot be guaranteed, and slight color inconsistencies will not be considered defects. If the color variance is significant, we will accept returns. Please note that garment colors may appear different in person than online depending on your device or monitor setting.
Non-custom, blank items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery if the items have not been worn and the product tags remain intact.
- Supplier will accept returns (non-defective) for up to 30 days from the order invoice date. A restocking fee equal to 10% of the order total will be applied to all returned or refused shipments (non-defective). Shipment costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Defective returns will be accepted for up to 60 days from the order invoice date, provided that the Supplier has received notice of the defect within 30 days from order invoicing.
Outlet, discontinued, closeout, UltraFuse, and custom decorated products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on the part of Champion Teamwear. Products damaged as the result of customer use will be deemed unreturnable.
If a product is defective, please contact the wholesale team at 1-877-254-1847 within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. If you received the wrong garments or incorrect art designs, you have 30 days from delivery to notify us of the issue and 60 days to return the defective goods.
Please have your order or customer number available when you contact us. When returning goods to Champion Teamwear, we recommend using the same box the goods were delivered in.
