When does my order start production?
Your order will begin production once your order has been paid in full, all artwork has been approved, and all items on your order allocate to your order. Will my order be produced without payment?
The production process on your order will begin after a full payment is received. Partial payments will not secure delivery dates. You can pre-pay for your order with a Credit Card, check or ACH. What does it mean when my item is on backorder?
When items are not in stock, the entire order can be delayed. You can request that the order begin production anyway, allowing the in-stock items to be produced under normal turn times. We call this "ship partial." When the out-of-stock or backordered items arrive at our facility, we will produce and ship a second, separate order. Does Champion Teamwear charge to set up artwork?
Champion Teamwear offers free art setups when you customize one of our templates. The first template is free, but if you choose to set up multiple templates for the same placement, there will be a $15 charge for each. There is a one-time set up fee of $30 for custom artwork.
