Digital printing is a relatively new process for adding your artwork to a garment. The artwork is created and processed on a computer and then printed directly on the product. The process is very similar to a traditional inkjet printer in the way the ink is applied directly to the surface of the garment. The benefit of using a digital printer is that a greater amount of detail can be achieved, and the ink coverage is thinner than a traditional screen print process. Thus, it allows for almost any image to be applied to a garment with wider ranges of color. Because the process requires less setup time, it also allows for lower quantities to be produced in a more cost-effective way.
