Return Policy

At Champion Teamwear, we take pride in delivering the quality apparel you’ve been envisioning. If the products you received are not perfect, we’ll do everything we can to correct the issue. 

 

Exact garment color matches can’t be guaranteed, and slight color inconsistencies will not be considered defects. If the color variance is significant, we will accept returns. Please note that garment colors may appear different in person than they do online depending on your device or monitor setting. 

 

Non-custom, undecorated items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days for any reason. 

 

Outlet, discontinued, closeout, UltraFuse and custom decorated products cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or an error we committed. Products damaged at the result of customer use will be deemed unreturnable.

 

All Outlet sales are final. 

 

If a product is defective, please contact us at 1-877-558-6510 within 90 days of the order’s delivery date. If you received the wrong garments or incorrect art designs, you have 30 days from delivery to notify us of the issue.

 

Please have your order or customer number available when you contact us. When returning goods to Champion Teamwear, we recommend you use the same box the goods were delivered in.
