At GTM Sportswear, we take pride in delivering the quality apparel you’ve been envisioning. If the products you received are not perfect, we’ll do everything we can to correct the issue.
Exact garment color matches cannot be guaranteed, and slight color inconsistencies will not be considered defects. If the color variance is significant, we will accept returns. Please note that garment colors may appear different in person than they do online, depending on your device or monitor setting.
If you received wrong decorated garments or incorrect art designs, you have 30 days from delivery to notify us of the issue.
Undecorated items can be returned within 30 days for any reason.
UltraFuse, outlet and custom decorated products cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or an error we committed. In addition, if you purchase a blank product from us and have it decorated elsewhere the product cannot be returned.
If a product is defective, please contact us at 1-877-558-6510 within 90 days of the order’s delivery date. Please have your order number or customer number available when you contact us.
When returning products to GTM, we recommend you use the same box the products were delivered in.
